Workers College丨"Building Team Cohesion" Manager Quality Training 

On January 13, 2021, the "2020 Employee University Mobile Classroom" event hosted by the Guangzhou Conghua District Federation of Trade Unions came to our company again, bringing a training session on "Building Team Cohesion and Managerial Quality" for our employees! This training lecturer was held by the Guangzhou Federation of Trade Unions workplace literacy training lecturer and Guangzhou Asian Games volunteer training lecturer Chen Zengqiang. About 40 managers from our company at the grassroots level and above participated in the training.

Before the formal start of the training, the general manager Xie Mingfeng, on behalf of the company, expressed a warm welcome to the lecturer Chen Zengqiang who came from afar, and expressed his heartfelt thanks to the Guangzhou Conghua District Federation of Trade Unions for their help and support to the enterprises in Conghua District! It is also hoped that the employees participating in this training can study hard, feel attentively, and apply what they have learned in their work and life in the future.

At the beginning of the training, Mr. Chen launched the course through two key points:

1. Characteristics of high-performance teams;

2. Build cohesion.

Summarize the knowledge points:

What is a team? A group of people make outstanding behaviors for everyone for a common goal.

A cohesive team has the following characteristics:

1. Clear team goal sharing

2. Clear division of labor

3. Good communication

4. Common values and norms

5. A sense of belonging to the team

6. Effective authorization

Four steps to build management cohesion:

1. Concentric: Interpersonal relationship

2. Tongde: self-discipline-oriented

3. Same force: behavior changes psychology

4. Great Wisdom

During the one-and-a-half-hour training, Mr. Chen gave a detailed narration around two key points, interspersed with small games and interesting grouping interactions, so that the employees always maintain a high degree of concentration and curiosity, a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, and a simple explanation. Knowledge, let the students reap a lot of dry goods!
